Shortlisted Candidates for the Post of Laboratory Technician (DIT):

The following candidates are shortlisted for the post of Laboratory Technician (DIT) at Jigme Namgyel Engineering College, Dewathang based on the below mentioned shortlisted criteria:

Shortlisting Criteria:

  1. Candidates must have fulfilled the eligibility criteria of 60% in Diploma, 50% in Class X (English + best 4 subject) and 50% in Class XII (English + best 3 subjects).
  2. candidates have been shortlisted based on merit rank of aggregate marks. ‘Aggregate %’ has been calculated considering performance in academic qualifications: 20% of Class X, 30% of Class XII and 50% of Diploma.
  3. Candidates with incomplete documents as per the announcement have not been considered for shortlisting.

Candidates may appeal to the Administration Section latest by Monday, 21st October 2024, 1:00PM for any grievances related to shortlisting via phone call at 07-260203.

Important Note:

  1. All shortlisted candidates must sit for viva-voce. Candidates must bring along all their original documents when they come for viva-voce.
  2. The venue, date and time for viva-voce will be informed to the shortlisted candidates individually via phone calls.
  3. The candidates will be assessed based on the interview form for Administrative and Technical position.
