Note:

1. Candidates are shortlisted based on the result of the written examination held on 5^th October 2019 in the following places:
   1. Jigme Namgyel Engineering College, Dewathang, and
   1. Office of the Vice Chancellor, Royal University of Bhutan, Thimphu

• All shortlisted candidates are asked to report to the Administrative Section, Jigme Namgyel Engineering College, Dewathang on 22^nd October 2019 at 8:30 AM for registration and briefing.

• Please note that the viva-voce face to face interview will be held in the President’s chamber at Jigme Namgyel Engineering College, Dewathang.

• Candidates are required to bring all documents (in originals) of academic transcripts, merit certificates, medical fitness certificate and CID copy during the viva voce interview

• The performance of a candidate will be assessed as per the interview form for Administrative and Technical Staff (Click here to view)

• The final selection of a candidate shall be exclusively based on the performance of a candidate during the viva voce interview

• Academic achievements and scores received in the written examination will not be considered for final selection

• The scores on extra-curricular activities and individual achievements will be awarded based on the merit certificates produced in originals.
