Jigme Namgyel Engineering College (JNEC) renewed and signed the MoU with National Land Commission Secretariat (NLCS) on 11th February, 2021. Hon’ble Secretary of NLCS, Dasho Pema Chewang and the President of JNEC, Dr. Andu Dukpa signed the MoU in presence of officials from both NLCS and JNEC.
