The Jigme Namgyel Engineering College, Dewathang, under the Royal University of Bhutan, is pleased to announce the following vacancies:

Eligibility Criteria:


A candidate must:

  1. Be a Bhutanese Citizen
  2. Have attained 18 years of age and not more than 45 years of age.
  3. Meet qualification, experience, and other requirements as specified in the position profile of the position.
  4. Candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 60% in Diploma & 50%each in Class X (English + best 4 subjects) and Class XII (English + best 3 subjects). (Note: criteria will not apply for those with a minimum of five years relevant experience.)

Documents Required:

  1. Diploma certificate (in the event, recent Diploma certificate is yet to be awarded, a provisional diploma certificate must be submitted instead)
  2. Marksheets of Class X, Marksheets of Class XII
  3. Valid Security Clearance Certificate(approved online & valid on the date of application)
  4. Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (valid for 6 months from the date of issuance)
  5. Valid Citizenship ID card (both sides).
  6. Audit Clearance Certificate, if employed
  7. Employed candidates must provide a No Objection Certificate from the Parent/Working Agency within 5 working days after the selection interview, if selected.
  8. Experience certificates(s)/documentary evidence(s) for current and previous employment records.

Note:

  1. Two references in the application form should both be professional referees from two different organizations, if employed. If there is only one past/current employment record, one referee should be from that organization and the other one should be from the School/College/University where the highest qualification was obtain, if there is no past/current employment record, both the  referees can be from the College/University where the highest qualification was obtained.
  2. Applications with incomplete documents or incomplete information will be directly rejected during the time of initial scrutiny.
  3. Please note that it is the sole responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all mandatory documents as mentioned above are submitted /uploaded along with the application.
  4. Candidate must procure a négative Drug Certificate if selected.

Eligible candidates are requested to submit application via the Online Portal RUB IMS (Applicants are required to register and apply via http://ims.rub.edu.bt  latest by 22nd April 2025, 4:00 PM)
